For you, or someone you support.
Set up a membership for the person using Able's activities. You can add more participants at a reduced price, and invite appropriate family members or helpers without paying for another membership for each helper.
Each person gets their own access. You choose the appropriate permissions when you connect them.
Able has a companion app for the family circle: the family members and helpers someone chooses to keep close. They see the moments that person shares: what they cooked, how they moved, what made them smile, and can cheer them on with a kind reaction, and a few words too where that's welcome.
Choice and control, built in.Only what the person chooses is shared. Nothing is shared automatically, and each person in the circle has their own sign-in.
Three kind reactions.Love, Made me smile and Thanks.
Set up the way they'd like. Each person decides, with the people who support them, how every member of their circle takes part: seeing what's shared, adding a reaction, or sending a few kind words too. It can change at any time, so sharing always feels right for them.
A companion app for your phone. The family app is on iPhone and Android phones, as well as tablets. The main Able app, on iPad and Android tablets, is for the person doing the activities.
Included with a membership.Family and helper access has no extra charge.

Movement matching
Recommendations that start from how you move.
A short movement check asks about your body, region by region. Able uses your answers to suggest sessions, and tells you plainly when a video hasn't been chosen from your check. You can always browse the whole library yourself.
A suggestion is a starting point, not a clinical assessment.

Ask Able works with supported requests such as "a short seated activity" or "a vegetarian dinner". It won't give medical advice or decide which activity is safe for your health circumstances. Ordinary app help and accessibility features are separate from live Ask Able.
