About the club
Swansea Belmont Surf Life Saving Club, formed in 1927, has over 700 members based at Blacksmiths Beach south of Newcastle. The club runs lifesaving patrols, Nippers for children aged five to fourteen, surf sports, and events including the annual Across the Lake Swim and Kracka Ironperson.
